Precocious (Early) Puberty

As a medical term, precocious puberty describes puberty occurring at an unusually early age. In most of these children, the process is normal in every respect except at an unusually early age. (More medical details about hormones)

Early puberty in girls less than 10 years is increasing due to sex hormonal reasons. Various factors that trigger the increased sex hormones include high fat and protein foods, very little exercise, and stress.

Environmental toxins: Plastic and other chemicals in household materials, clothes, and in the environment-   

The substances of most concern currently are BPA and phthalates. BPA is one of the highest volume chemicals produced in the world. It is used in the manufacture of polycarbonate plastics, such as rigid cups, water bottles, and food storage containers; BPA is also found in the linings of food cans and dental sealants. BPA can leach from containers into food and beverages, especially during heating and washing.[4] BPA exposure is associated with early puberty in girls.[22]

Phthalates are chemicals used to make PVC plastics more flexible and are found in a variety of products including toys, food packaging, hoses, raincoats, shower curtains, vinyl flooring, wall coverings, lubricants, adhesives, detergents, nail polish, hair spray, and shampoo. Phthalates are associated with early breast development in girls.[22, 23] They are considered chemicals of concern to the EPA and may be phased out — some phthalates have already been removed from children’s toys and cosmetics. [24]

Additional EDCs associated with dysregulation of pubertal timing include industrial chemicals such as PCBs, pesticides such as DDT and endosulfan, the flame retardant PBB, and dioxins and furans are formed during incineration of waste, chlorine bleaching of paper, and chemical manufacturing.

Pancha Bhoota method is simply rational and economical.

Children cannot be asked to eat less when they are growing.

1. Instead give them fiber-rich foods. This will also eliminate toxins from the liver and body.

Several recent epidemiologic studies have found that people with higher-fiber diets have less insulin resistance.
In 2003, researchers at the University of South Carolina found that the more whole grain (dark bread, high-fiber, and cooked cereals) consumption, the better their insulin sensitivity was.

Once a day take Amaranth.
You can soak half a teacup of amaranth seeds and grind the next day with the same water. You could add slightly brown sugar and make it like a halwa (porridge). Or you can eat in form of idli. Or you can add pepper or chili and salt and make as a hot recipe and eat once a day. This is very good to prevent bleeding. Check Sakthi kitchen for recipes.

Banana flower is one of the most effective Indian home remedies in the treatment of menorrhagia or excessive menstruation. Remove the thin skin and take the inner flower, but remove the thin spine in each flower. it is hard to chew. Steam the cleaned flowers and mix with yogurt and spices and eat. It can also be lightly sauteed in oil and spiced.  This will increase the quantity of progesterone and reduce the bleeding.

Banana stem is also good. 


Triphala powder: Add one teaspoon of the powder in half a glass of water and leave for 10 minutes and drink it before going to bed. This removes toxins and balances hormones.

Castor Oil cleansing: Once a month. Castor oil cleansing also balances hormones in the body and prevents pimples in teenagers.

2. Use organic milk and then boil it: Do not give them milk from cows that are given hormonal injections to boosts milk production in milk. Another irrational approach is to give children milk that is not boiled. People confuse pasteurization and deactivation of hormones.

3. Allow them to do Yoga at a very young age.

4. Give them foods that are less estrogenic like amaranth and banana flower. These foods were traditionally used in Indian cooking. 

5. Hormone-injected chicken also is a cause. 

6. Junk foods in packeted processed foods with many additives, synthetic colors, stabilizers all end up messing with female hormones. 

 

Effective Pancha bhoota healing 

These are the recommendations.
1. Do water therapy with flavors every day to reduce weight and remove toxins.

 2. Do every day Pancha bhoota Walking (Breath conscious walking). Read the Fire therapy page and over-weight for more information.

 3. Do Surya Namaskar every day. When you do it be aware of the breathing and while you do the bending exercises be aware of the uterus and feel a healthy uterus. This exercise gives tremendous results.

 Air therapy: Taking a long breath and relaxes now and then reduces stress in the body. Doing Pranayama  5 minutes morning and evening is also good. Feel your testicles get good oxygen circulation.
