I have a bilateral tubal blockage-both the tubes are blocked at the end of ovary. Is there a way to cure without surgery?

Yes it is possible. The cause is inflammation has caused scar in the tubes blocking the egg to reach the uterus.
To remove inflammation and blockage these steps should be done. These will cause hormonal changes also.

You have to cleanse your body everyday with water therapy, once in two weeks castor oil cleansing (for 3 months), then eat fermented rice and home made yogurt/curd.

Try to avoid inflammation causing foods like white sugar, deep fried foods, other processed foods including baked items. Eat lot of steam cooked simple unprocessed, unrefined foods (whole brown rice, whole brown wheat, millets etc (see the sakthi pharmacy). Look for sakthi kitchen recipes also.

Not only the foods be eaten and reduce inflammation, but also the mind has also to be calm and reduce the inflammation it causes. Anger, tension, worries, and other stress could be managed by our practices given in sakthi Gita. Pancha Bhoota Yoga and surya-namaskar stretching exercises will causes opening of the blockage. You have to bring your attention to the tubes while you do these Yoga exercises.

It is interesting that there are temples in India that have peculiarly carved (oval shaped black stones). Women carry these stones (size of a 5 month old child) in their hip and do circambulation in the temple for 3 or 5 times routinely. These will also cause changes in the tubes.

Along with this, one should do SAL Energy increasing actions for the success to happen.
