Hello Sir,

My toddler has several food allergies for eggs and different nuts. Are there any suggestions to help him outgrow these allergies. As a baby he had eczema and eczema flares up every fall and winter season. I had to use antibiotics during delivery. He initially vomited to egg around a year old and was diagnosed with egg allergy. Now at 2, he tested positive in blood tests for nut allergies as well. Are there any recommendations to help him outgrow these allergies and improve ? Thankyou very much.

Modern research shows that a ntibiotics given during delivery or C-section delivery affect the gut bacteria in babies and later develop allergies to food.

The child can overgrow these allergy problems if the gut bacteria can be set to normal conditions. This is by giving fermented rice, Indian traditional home made yogurt made with organic whole milk. Before that several rounds of castor oil cleansing should be done to remove many of the unhealthy bacteria.
