It is good to use organic milk which graze grass and not eat feed rich in soy and corn.see details in this link .

Is it healthy for the cow to eat soy and corn?
The cow evolved eating grass and its gut bacteria also co-evolved with it. Now when we force cow to eat against their evolution, it completely changes the digestion pattern and health of the vows. usually we dont know in a long term the health of the cows because they are butchered before we see the symptoms.

Is there 100% grass fed milk?
Yes rare farms. Example this radiance farm .
How to get the same nutrition from milk without milk?

How is it we are drinking milk all year long?
We dont need to. It is also not wrong if we drink.

How can cow gives milk for many years? Like human, cows also give more milk as soon after delivery and will decrease the milk production over time, maximum to two years till next pregnancy. But in commercial farms, they inject hormones to prevent milk quantity from going down.

Consuming pasteurized milk is better or boiled fresh raw milk is better?

Pasteurized milk makes milk less nutritious comparatively but also makes it free from disease causing micro organisms and longer shelf life. So which one is a better option when both kinds of milk are available to us?

Definetly boiled milk is better because it inactivates growth hormones naturally by cow and also the synthetic hormones given to keep the cow producing hormones are also inactivated. If we drink active hormones there is a possibility of getting cancer. So far no study has been done to see the validity of this statement.

Considering the milk as organic pasteurized milk and no external hormones in it, is it better to consume by boiling it?

or the organic fresh raw milk after boiling is a better option?

I still think boiling is needed because still it contains the animal's natural hormone. In usa for the past 14 years we use milk cooker everyday. it is simple and no worry of boiling over the stove.

if something is pasteurized or ultra pasteurized doesn't that mean boiled? so why we need to boil again?

Yes, because pasteurization is only till 62 degree C whereas boiling is more than 100 degree C, sufficient to inactivate hormones.

How to get the same nutrition from milk without milk? Eating balanced vegan food plus fermented foods, fermented rice will supplement nutrition in the milk.

instead of drinking milks meant for her baby isn't it better to leave cow alone and let baby have it?
Very true, but rarely people think of the calf. In farmed animals, calf is given bottle soy milk and the cow's milk is pumped into milk bottles for human to drink. This is pathetic.

unless she produces extra milk that baby doesn't want? Usually the cow gives extra than the calf needs. But we humans exploited this fact.

Regarding fermented rice,
Do we need to throw the water in which the rice was soaked before cooking or do we need to cook the rice in the same water in which the brown rice was soaked?

Is it okay, if we can cook rice in the morning and directly add buttermilk and have it instead of fermenting the rice overnight? As we add the buttermilk, anyway the good bacteria will be introduced into our body along with the Vit B12 through rice.
