In Pancha Bhoota we suggest to cleanse the body and change to whole food eating habits, walking and relaxing, through which healthy increase in sperm counts can be noticed. We suggest to do these changes for a few months, and get back to us to inform us about your experience. If you do not see substantial changes then please write to us for an individualized treatment for you.

Water Therapy: We generally recommend doing Water Therapy  to cleanse the body. Drink 1.5 liters of water first in the morning, using mild amount of flavors like ginger, cumin seeds, mint leaves, cardamom, coriander seeds, Sarsparilla root powder, Withania Somnifera (Amukkara), Vallarai (Hydrocotyle asiatica)  for better results.

Earth Therapy: Use all foods grown organically for having maximum medicinal effects and also free from sperm damaging pesticides and fertilizers.

    Boil a tea cup of organic cow's milk and add one table spoon of Super-Seed powder for men from www.kapilanalam.com  .   Add honey to taste and eat seven dates after the milk. All alternate days drinking this with breakfast is an excellent medicine  to cure spermatorrhea, pre-mature ejaculation, impotency, sterility due to poor mobility of sperms.    

 

Evening for snack: Drink almond milk. Soak 5 to 10  almonds in water for overnight  and blend with few dates and make a juice in blender  with water. This can be had as a drink in the evenings. Its excellent for sperms. Drink this for two to three months.

Eat these two tonics every alternate nights.

1.Fresh organically grown garlic  juice one teaspoonful, one spoon organically grown  ginger juice,( a pinch of salt and black pepper powder only if needed), one teaspoonful honey (honey can be mixed with this or eaten after 10 minutes separately) , and one half boiled egg (Organically grown hen's egg). Eat this every alternate night for 41 days. This  is a wonderful remedy for increasing sperm counts. Eat the above medicine every night after dinner.

 2.Organic Black Urid dal laddu: Dry Fry one cup of black urid-dal seeds in a pan with organic cow's ghee for 10 minutes until it is roasted. Then powder it . Powder quarter cup of Jaggery  and mix (knead) with the urid dal roasted powder and roll into balls. Eat this every alternate night. One hand size ball or two per night.

Important message:

   Have intercourse only on the ovulation day. Even with low sperm counts we have people with high success rates, who had intercourse on the ovulation day. We highly recommend the method ofobserving the mucus pattern.  The method is meant to do natural family planning. We suggest the couples to adapt the same method to achieve pregnancy. We do have Video CD's in Tamil  andMalayalam languages and the English version will be available in summer 2008.  

   Do not waste sperms on days other the ovulation day. We recommend couples to have sex only on the ovulation day who desire for pregnancy.  Another important tip is that one month have sex on the ovulation day and in the next month have a day before ovulation day. This way you are sure that the sperms are available on the  day the ovum  is released.  The point is that sperms are alive for 24 to 48 hours and ovum is alive for 24 hours.

   It is good to abstain from sex on other days for one main reason. Abstaining from sex almost a month increases the urge for sexual pleasure and so on the ovulation day both the partners engage in sex not ritualistically to have a child, but with passion. This passion activity increases the chance for getting pregnant.

    After the sexual act it is good that the couple stay in the clasped position and not remove the male genital organ from the female organ. For atleast 10 minutes staying in the position prevents sperms from flowing out of the female organ, again ensuring more success.

Other pre-cautions:

1.Never hot  water on testis. Pour only cool water while taking showers. Sperms will die when exposed to hot temperatures.

  1. 2. Don’t wear tight under wear. Use lose ones.
  2. 3. Do not eat banana stem.
  3. Excessive use of groundnuts (peanuts) is not good, but moderate use increases sperms.
  4. 5. Moderate use of cardamom is good, excessive use lowers sperm counts.
  5. Do not use too much of sour things during the healing.

 Other foods: We recommend using fiber rich whole grains like brown rice (remember to soak in water and cook), whole rye flakes (33% fiber compared to 20% fiber in oats), whole wheat flakes (28%), barley flakes (26%). Millets like Ragi rich in fiber. In all ancient traditions, people ate different types of grains and millets  many of the readers might be unaware of the names. 

Cleansing:Very important is to cleanse the liver and intestines with Castor oil and Gallnut (cleansing) before starting the Pancha Bhoota and you can alternatively do the cleanse every two months (one time castor oil , next time gall-nut cleansing).

Liver -Tonic Chutneys:

   To boost the liver's function, every day eat the following chutneys. One per day. seven days seven chutneys and then repeat them again. All leaves  should be raw and not heat sauted. But you can add coconut, red pepper, or black sesame seeds or split peas dal and salt to make it tasty.

1. Coriander leaves chutney
2. Phyllanthus Niruri leaves chutney
3. Bringraj  leaves chutney 
4. Curry leaves chutney
5. Coriander leaves chutney
6. Curculigo orchioides- nilapanaleaves chutney
7. Moringa leaves and flowers chutney or

      If you feel the chutney is bitter, then you can make it thick and make it as a small marble and swallow it with water. Make them small balls so that you do not choke yourself.

If you cannot afford fresh leaves, then get dried leaves and boil in water and drink the decoction.

Juice Therapy:

One Juice a day for seven days a week:

Drink these fresh juices, one a day and repeat the seven every week. It is easy. Just cut and put in blender with little water and dates if needed , blend and drink. Dates increases Iron. Use all organically grown foods for best results. 

1. Litchi Fruit Make a juice or eat atleast 5 or 10 fruits every day. 
2. pumpkin juice with carrot
3. Figs juice (If you do not get fresh figs, then get dried figs, soak it in water and then make a juice.
4Wood-apple juice. 
5carrot and apple juice. 
6. Ziziphus - Chinese Datesjuice. 
7Pomegrante juice.

No bottled or canned. it should be made fresh and not filter it. Clear juices are free from fiber and so drink all juices with the pulp.

Fire Therapy:  Avoid being  sedentary (more hours of sitting before computers or resting). Walk twice in the morning and evening with breath awareness.

      Yoga is very good especially Surya Namaskar given in fire section. It helps in good lymphatic circulation. While doing the bending feel good air and    blood circulation to your testes region and feel good healthy production of sperms.

Air therapy: Taking a long breath and relaxes every now and then reduces stress in the body. DoingPranayama  5 minutes morning and evening is also good. Also feel good air and blood circulation to your testes region and feel good healthy production of sperms.

If you are planning for pregnancy , please assist your wife to do this charting for 3 to 4 months and

send to us.  

Please watch our Fertility  DVD or read the free PDF file and  then take a print out of the first page of this Doc file. Chart with symbols and colors, scan it after at-least three to four months of charting and mail it to us. The more the details , the better it will help us.   Everyday write the  observations of menstrual flow, the details of your mucus pattern (as shown in the DVD) , the ovulation day, then the days you had sexual intercourse, then again the menstrual days and the rest of the cycle.
